Reports to : Head- Management Advisory

 

Job purpose

• The candidate shall engage with clients for rendering advisory services pertaining to HR management

Duties and responsibilities

• Support clients in recruitment services and lasing with the recruitment agencies.
• He/She will also support clients in designing the SoP’s for HR department.
• Managing the HR cell and responsible for implementing the HR policies.
• Identification and entering into formal contracts with trainers across various functions.
• Rendering routine HR advisory services to the clients.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Candidate should be Post graduate in HR or equivalent degree in HR field.
• Should possess a minimum 2 years of experience in handling HR.
• She/he should have sound knowledge of HR functions.
• She/he should possess good communication skills and have good knowledge of MS Excel.

Working conditions

The job requires both in office assignments and traveling to client offices.

• To undertake the diversified assignments of Business consulting services including marketing, Business development, Human resource management etc.

• Analyze and evaluate client requirements & business goals and successfully pitch business optimization strategy to new clients.

• Partner with client management team to assess and improve current business processes.

• Work closely with key customers and submit regular reports to their management about progress on the initiatives undertaken.

• Present findings to clients with solutions and assist with the implementation of changes.

• Conduct research and information gathering as per project requirements.

Qualification : MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution/University with Diversified Consulting Experience in various Business Domain

Job Description

• To lead internal audit assignments and supervising a team of 3-5 Executives (B.Com/Semi Qualified).
• To undertake Internal Audit of various clients (manufacturing units), Scrutiny of monthly accounting, management reports and review with books of accounts.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies and remain client’s one point of contact for ongoing reviews on the assignment.
• Perform financial analysis and prepare necessary reports for review and planning.
• Ensure client compliance deadlines are planned, executed and closed within the timeframe.
• Opportunity to get engaged and get exposure into the Valuation Assignments for Securities and Financial Assets.
• Work closely with clients and submit periodic reports to their management about progress on the initiatives undertaken.
• To undertake assignments for required support in Statutory and Tax Audit.

Qualification : Qualified CA/CMA Semi Qualified Candidates who are currently not pursuing CA can be considered if having p roven skills and good experience in a CA Firm
