  • Internal Audit
    • Audit and Review of Accounting: Maintenance of correct books of Accounts is not only necessary to ensure proper compliances but also to provide the information necessary for the management to take correct business decisions. Our Team conducts a thorough review of the Books of Accounts ensuring representation of fair position of the affairs of the Company.
    • Review of Banking Operations including Audit of Banking and Trade Finance Charges: Banking Review services include doing a regular monitoring of the charges levied in the account and reviewing the same on a monthly basis. In case of any discrepancy we will support in initiating communication with Bank for necessary rectification. We render transaction support including negotiations, transaction structuring etc and ensure that the terms of sanction are being complied with to the bank’s satisfaction and any short fall will be highlighted to the management from time to time. We also offer support in resolving any conflict arising from the deficient services at the bank’s end.
